On arrival commence with a bountiful grazing table allowing your guests to socialize. The design is more formal and introduces a walk by buffet and sit down meal providing the perfect opportunity for the formalities to take place.

A Buffet selection of desserts are to follow along with tea and coffee to encourage guests to mingle and dance for the rest of the function.

** We are happy for you to provide your own beverages, wait staff, additional equipment.

We have a price for our Venue Hire, inclusive of all equipment, and furnishings as listed below.

We are here to assist you with arrangement and set up and more immportantly we will do all the CLEAN UP.

What is inclusive at Wild Rabbit Farm when you hire our Venue for Self Catering:
  • A period of 5 hours for your function (no additional fee for a ceremony, including Marquees)
  • Rectangular and Round Tables inclusive of Black or White cloths.
  • Wine, Champagne, Water and Beer Glasses, Cutlery (inc Steak Knives)
  • Serving Bowls, appropriate service implements.
  • An equipped room- fridge, drinks fridge, freezer, sink, food warmer, 2 microwaves, water cooler dispenser, Urn & Tea station, TV, Sound System, Microphone.
  • Gold and Silver Lanterns, inc battery candles, various sizes,
  • Serving trays, use of all equipment in the air-conditioned tea room (prep area only, no cooking facilities). Two flat plate BBQ's
  • Outside Tables and Chairs, Wooden & Metal Barrels, umbrellas, foliage may be cut for decoration. Rugs & Cushions. Cricket, Quoits, Soccar Net, Jenga, Bag Toss
  • Interior fairy lighting and chandeliers. Exterior Festoon and Fairy lighting in the trees.
  • Ample Car Parking

Our Special Price for Self Catering for 2021 has remained at $3000 inclusive of all items listed above for a period of 5 hours. A $200 per hour additional charge after the 5 hours. Council regulation noise restriction time and finish is 11pm. Our price for 2022 bookings is $3500.
